To spice up their lives, Olive had invited a couple of neighbors to dinner. Florence has spent all day preparing a sumptuous meal, including a twelve-pound capon. She had timed things perfectly, only to have everyone else show up an hour late. For the moment, though, Flo is still able to act the gracious hostess.
