Hello, I'm Alan A' Dale, one of Robin Hood's Merry Men! I'll be your guide for this part of the BBT website.

There have been many tales written about Robin, the master thief of Sherwood Forest. Some storytellers talk about the tricks he constantly played on his nemesis, the villainous Sheriff of Nottingham. Some prefer the story of the romance between Robin and his sweetheart, the fair Maid Marion. And still others -- like myself -- begin at the beginning, with the story of how Robin and his merry band came to be...
