Rapunzel Show Characters

Miranda is the nasty witch who lives next door to Martin and Etta Sue. She lives all by herself in a tall tower, and spends her times making potions and inventing spells. Miranda also grows some really fabulous vegetables in her garden - at least, that's what I hear.

Quotes: "Oh for crying out loud! Enough already! Listening to you two moan on and on every day about not having any children is enough to make a witch wish she never cast a spell!"

"Hold it right there, peasants, unless you want to become a couple of gophers!"

"There are bears, tigers, lions, used car salesmen, and other wild creatures just waiting for the opportunity to torment you should you venture into that world."

Notes: Dodie Domino (above, with Martin and Etta Sue) played the well-meaning but overprotective witch Miranda.

As the actors take their curtain call and walk off the stage, Miranda calls out from the tower, "Wait! Come back! I can't get down by myself!"
