Rapunzel |
Here is Daniel, the prince of the kingdom. Once Martin and Etta Sue brought the young prince some rampion, and he's grown up eating the special greens. Daniel also loved listening to the peasants talk about their mysterious neighbor and her garden.
Quotes: "I must find a way up to that window! Wait, someone's coming...I'd better hide. After all, if this garden really belongs to a witch, I don't want to be caught in the middle of it!"
"How foolish of me to think she wouldn't be frightened! The only person she's ever seen that close is that Witch. I must climb again tomorrow, but I will try not to surprise her as terribly."
"Rapunzel, I will only be gone a short while. When I return to the kingdom, the first person I'll visit is you. Maybe by then we'll have a plan to rescue you from this tower so you may learn everything for yourself."
Notes: Mark Leahy (above, with Rapunzel) played the young crown prince in Rapunzel.
Mark made his entrances and exits astride his trusty steed, Sparky. (He used a similar horse, named Phil, for Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs.)
