A daydreaming boy saves his village from a nasty giant in this adaptation of the popular English fairy tale. After a seemingly silly trade for some magic beans, young Jack discovers a towering beanstalk that will lead him to adventure beyond his wildest imaginings. In the process he meets a very irritable giant, his overworked cook, and a host of stolen treasures! All turns out well in the end, thanks to the bravery of one who had the courage to follow his dreams.
