Ali Baba & the Forty Thieves The Story

As Ali Baba watched from his hiding place, he saw Calvin ordering about his two henchmen, Chester and Morris. The pair of thieves ran back and forth, carrying several heavy-looking bags into the cave. Once all the loot was safely stashed, Calvin uttered a brief spell, and the cave closed as if by magic.

The stick-gatherer was amazed by what he had seen. Just a fraction of that wealth would be enough to last him for several years. After a brief debate with himself, Ali Baba decided that he would take just a little gold -- the bare minimum needed to start up his own stick-selling business. He quietly and quickly opened the cave, selected a very small bag, and left as soon as he could.
