But before you go dashing off into the desert with a pick and shovel, a word of warning: Persia is also a land of great perils, with many traps for the unwary traveller...

In the East there's a land known as Persia
A wash of green amid the desert sands
Gleaming towers reach their fingers toward the sunrise
Untold riches lie in wait for eager hands

If you plan to cross the desert seeking Persia
Your friends will know to not lend you a hand,
For as you kneel before the river in our foothills,
You may dip your cup and find it filled with sand...
